Refund policy

While our hope is that you will love your purchase, we understand that sometimes items just don't look and fit the way we would like for them to. We want your shopping experience to be fun and fulfilling, therefore, a return policy is in place. Please take the time to read and understand the requirements for returning an item.

Return process:

Please allow  3 to 5 business days to process your return once we receive it.

Returns will be issued for store credit in the form of a gift card or promo code that will be emailed to you. Monetary refunds will not be issued.

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

Your item is eligible for return within 15 days of delivery for full store credit. After 15 days, you will receive 50% credit. After 30 days, no credit will be given.

Final sale, swimwear, earrings, and undergarments are not eligible for return.

Please include your packing slip with your return and circle the item that you are returning. 

Shipping charges are non refundable unless we have made an error in processing your order. 

If you have exceeded three returns within a 30 day period, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee. 

Due to the quick change in inventory, we cannot offer exchanges. If we do currently have the exact item in stock, we will honor an exchange for you. 

We are not responsible for damages due to improper care of items or normal everyday wear and tear.
